Home Care/Caregiver Training
Service Alternatives for WA., Inc. has developed a comprehensive training program for our employees. Our training is designed to support our employees' passions and strengthen their skills. The program was designed and developed by the same experienced instructors who deliver the training - plus it's been reviewed by Washington experts in gerontology.
Every home care staff member must spend a minimum of 24 hours every year continuing their education and strengthening their skills. Your personalized assistance will come from a qualified, well-trained staff member who is becoming more qualified and experienced all the time.
As you can see, we put a tremendous emphasis on staff training and professional development, and we also devote a tremendous number of resources to it. We hire only the most competent professionals and support them with a dedicated administrative staff that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
